Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting my art! I take great care in ensuring your prints and original works arrive in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how I get my work from my studio to your front door.
1. Delivery Destinations
Currently, I ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland).
International Collectors: I am not currently shipping outside of the UK, but International Shipping is coming soon! If you are outside the UK and wish to inquire about a one-off delivery to another country, please contact me at jacquelinebyrne.art@gmail.com.
2. Processing Times
All items are made-to-order or hand-packed to ensure quality.
- Prints: Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and packaging.
- Original Art: Please allow 5–7 business days as these require bespoke packaging or heavy-duty reinforcement.
- Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it is handed to the courier.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All UK shipping is free, it is handled by me and I use tracked services for your peace of mind.
4. How Your Art is Protected
I treat every shipment like the unique piece of work it is:
- Unframed Prints: Shipped in extra-thick 3mm wall cardboard tubes or rigid "stay-flat" envelopes with grey-board reinforcement.
- Originals: Wrapped with high quality eco materials and double-walled corrugated cardboard.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damages & Issues
In the unlikely event that your art arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please keep all original packaging.
- Take clear photos of the external damage to the box and the damage to the artwork itself.
- Email these to jacquelinebyrne.art@gmail.com so I can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
7. Missed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or multiple failed delivery attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.
